Terms of Service

By accessing or using Ground Control ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid accounts.

Ground Control provides security and IT operations tooling for European technology companies. The Service includes domain and email security monitoring (Sentinel), IT helpdesk (Desk), and infrastructure launch tooling (Launch). Features vary by plan.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@groundcontrol.land of any unauthorised access.

You agree not to use the Service to scan domains you do not own or have explicit authorisation to test, to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure, to reverse-engineer or extract proprietary logic from the Service, or to violate any applicable law or regulation. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach these terms without prior notice.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are in EUR and exclude applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 14 days of initial purchase for annual plans.

You retain full ownership of your data. We process it solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties. On account termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

We target 99.5% monthly uptime for paid plans. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced at least 24 hours in advance. Downtime caused by factors outside our control (upstream providers, force majeure) is excluded from SLA calculations. Current status is published at status.groundcontrol.land.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ground Control is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply.
